Former State Senator; Environmental Policy Director USC Schwarzenegger Institute

Fran has been fortunate to represent portions of both LA and Ventura Counties as a Mayor of Agoura Hills, a Coastal Commissioner, a teacher in Moorpark, and a member of the State Assembly and State Senate.  Currently she serves on several Boards and Committees, including the Santa Monica Mountains Conservancy Board and the California Wildlife Conservation Board. Fran is also assisting the National Wildlife Federation in the construction of the Wildlife Crossing over the 101 freeway (between Agoura Hills and Calabasas).    Fran's family has lived in Agoura Hills for over 40 years!
