Gary is a University of New Mexico (UNM) Distinguished alumnus and retired staff from his alma mater. Known for his ability to provide Higher Ed information in an entertaining manner - info-tainment! Gary has presented to several hundred audiences & has been an instrumental supporter of Ventura Land Trust since the beginning. He served on VLT's board, was a big part of the Ventura Hillsides Music Festival volunteer crew, helped found VLT's annual Wild and Scenic Film Festival event, and is the co-chair of VLT's film selection committee.
